If you’re looking for a wedding videographer at The Hoste Arms to capture your wedding day, Charlotte & Charlie’s wedding in Burnham Market is a perfect example of the kind of days I love filming. From their outdoor courtyard ceremony to golden hour at Brancaster Beach and a banging evening party with a live band, their wedding was full of genuine happiness.
I genuinely don’t think I’ve ever seen a happier couple on their wedding day, but I think that’s just the kind of people they are. We had a little walk through the village of Burnham Market together before heading down to Brancaster beach for some golden hour shots, Charlotte & Charlie were smiling, laughing and clearly having the best time.
As a Norfolk wedding videographer, I love capturing these natural moments alongside all the important parts of the day. You can plan a wedding but you can’t plan the little interactions, the laughter or the way two people look at each other when they’re genuinely having the best time.
Here’s a look back at Charlotte & Charlie’s wedding highlight film at The Hoste Arms in Burnham Market.
The Hoste Arms in Burnham Market
The Hoste Arms is right in the heart of Burnham Market, making it a lovely setting for a wedding in North Norfolk. We were lucky enough to have beautiful sunshine throughout the day, which was perfect for Charlotte & Charlie’s celebrant led outdoor ceremony and the celebrations that followed.
They got married in the Hoste’s small, charming courtyard, which was also where most of the day was held. Having everyone together in one place helped create a relaxed atmosphere, with friends and family able to spend time together and enjoy the celebrations. The ceremony itself was celebrant led, which I always love because you get personal stories about the couple and how they met. You may also get lucky and the best personal vows and a few happy tears…
As a wedding videographer at The Hoste Arms, being able to capture the venue, the people and the atmosphere is an important part of telling the story of the day. I always look for a mix of the bigger moments and the little details that help bring everything back when a couple watches their film again years later.
With the sunshine on our side, we were able to make the most of the courtyard and the surrounding village, capturing the day as it naturally unfolded.

An Outdoor Wedding Ceremony in the Hoste Arms Courtyard
Charlotte & Charlie chose to get married outside in the Hoste Arms’ charming courtyard, creating a lovely setting for the ceremony.
With the sun shining and their friends and family gathered around them, it was a brilliant way to start the celebrations. Alongside the ceremony itself, I wanted to capture the reactions, the smiles and the little moments happening around them.
For me, wedding videography is about more than just recording what happens. It’s about capturing how it felt to be there, from the reactions during the ceremony to the sounds of everyone celebrating afterwards.
These are the moments that make a wedding film personal to each couple and they’re a big part of why I love what I do.

Walking Through Burnham Market With Charlotte & Charlie
After the ceremony, we headed out for a walk through Burnham Market and this was one of my favourite parts of the day.
I’ve genuinely never seen a couple so happy. Charlotte & Charlie were laughing, joking and enjoying every minute together. You could tell just how happy they were to be getting married and it was lovely to be able to capture that on film.
I don’t want couples to feel like they have to spend ages posing for the camera on their wedding day. I just want to capture them being themselves. A chilled walk through the village is a great way to do this, giving couples some time together while I capture those genuine interactions.
With these two, there really wasn’t much I needed to do. Their happiness came across so naturally and those moments of laughter are some of the things that make a wedding film feel personal rather than staged.
If you’re looking for a wedding videographer at The Hoste Arms, this is exactly the sort of thing I’d want to capture for you. Not just how your wedding looked but how you felt throughout the day.

Golden Hour Shots at Brancaster Beach
One of the great things about getting married at The Hoste Arms is its location in North Norfolk, with the coast close by. Later in the day, we headed over to Brancaster Beach to capture some golden hour shots.
Golden hour is one of my favourite times to film couples. The light becomes softer and warmer as the sun starts to drop, creating a lovely cinematic look without needing to do anything overly complicated.
Brancaster Beach was the perfect spot for this and after such a sunny day, the conditions were ideal. It gave Charlotte & Charlie a chance to spend a little time together away from the celebrations while we captured some really nice stuff.
I love including these quieter moments in a wedding film. They provide a nice contrast to the ceremony and the evening party, giving the film room to breathe while showing another side of the day.
And, of course, Charlotte & Charlie were still full of smiles and laughter. It was clear just how much they were enjoying their wedding and this gave them a little breather to just enjoy some quiet time together,.

A Wedding Reception With All the Energy!
After a sunny day spent celebrating, walking through Burnham Market and visiting the beach, the evening guests were arriving which meant it was time to fill the dance floor!
The dance floor was brilliant, with a live band bringing plenty of energy. Everyone was having a great time and Charlie even grabbed the mic hmself!
These are some of my favourite moments to capture as a wedding videographer. You never quite know what’s going to happen once the music starts and it’s those unexpected moments that often become some of the best parts of a wedding film.
I love having a mixture of everything in my films, from the emotional moments during the ceremony to the laughter, dancing and slightly chaotic moments later in the evening. It’s all part of telling the full story of the wedding.
Charlotte & Charlie’s day had such a lovely atmosphere from beginning to end and the evening celebrations were the perfect way to finish it off. I was actually a bit sad to go home, I felt genuinely lucky to capture their day.
Watch Charlotte & Charlie’s Wedding Film at The Hoste Arms
Charlotte & Charlie’s wedding was such an honour to be part of. From their outdoor ceremony in the courtyard to the laughs in Burnham Market, golden hour at Brancaster Beach and a brilliant evening party, there was so much to capture.
But what stands out most to me is just how happy these two were. You could see how much they were enjoying every second and that’s what I hope comes across when you watch their wedding film. I just wish I was using a camcorder then like I offer now! Watch Caitlin & Ethan’s Reymerston Hall wedding complete with camcorder footage.
If you’re planning your own wedding at The Hoste Arms, I hope this gives you a feel for how your day could be captured, from the big moments to all the little things happening in between.
